Effective 7/1/2022: As a Johns Hopkins USFHP member, you already enjoy the freedom of managing your diabetes using continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), and now we’ve made getting your CGM supplies even easier. Members can now also get the FreeStyle Libre® Kit 2 sensor and reader and Dexcom G6® sensor, receiver and transmitter as a pharmacy benefit at a Walgreens pharmacy. Previously, these products were only available to USFHP members by prescription fulfilled through a durable medical equipment (DME) provider. Members with diabetes can now enjoy the convenience of getting their CGM supplies at a Walgreens pharmacy at a $38 copayment per 30-day supply, or through home delivery at a copayment of $34 per 90-day supply.
