Earlier this month, Johns Hopkins USFHP members got a firsthand look at Cabana Live during our special “Taste of Cabana” event featuring Monica Ricci’s “Stress Sucks” session. This live group experience gave our member community a chance to see how Cabana Live works and learn practical ways to handle everyday stress. The response was encouraging, and we’re excited to share this valuable resource with all our members.
