Even—and especially—during the COVID-19 national emergency, Johns Hopkins USFHP wants to ensure that you have all the information you need to make the best decisions for your health care.

For now, our Field Service Representatives will only conduct online briefings.

During this time, you have two ways to explore your health options and ask questions:

  1. Online information briefing
  2. Call a Field Service Representative in your service area for a one-on-one briefing

Online briefings will be held every Thursday at 12 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Briefings will include a 30 to 60 minute presentation explaining the plan, enrollment instructions, and a personal Q&A session from a field service expert who is a USFHP member.

After you have booked an online information briefing, you will receive a confirmation email. The day before the presentation, you will receive a reminder email with a link to join the information briefing.

You can also contact our Field Service Representatives at any time with questions about Johns Hopkins USFHP.

When the national emergency has been lifted, in-person briefings will resume at military bases and health care locations throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
