Even—and especially—during the COVID-19 national emergency, Johns Hopkins USFHP wants to ensure that you have all the information you need to make the best decisions for your health care.

Our Field Service Representatives will be holding briefings both online and in-person at select locations.

During this time, you have options to explore your health options and ask questions:

  1. Online information briefing: Held every Thursday at 12 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Briefings will include a 30 to 60 minute presentation explaining the plan, enrollment instructions, and a personal Q&A session from a field service expert who is a USFHP member.
  2. Small group, in-person briefing: Our Field Services Representatives conduct briefings at military bases and health care locations throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
  3. One-on-one briefing: Call a Field Service Representative in your area.

After you have registered for an information briefing online, you will receive a confirmation email.

The day before an online presentation, you will receive a reminder email with a link to join the information briefing.
