Johns Hopkins OnDemand Virtual Care: No-Appointment After-Hours Telehealth

Johns Hopkins OnDemand Virtual Care

With Johns Hopkins OnDemand Virtual Care, members can get the care they need from wherever they are. Connect with a health care provider within minutes via computer, tablet, or mobile device – no appointment needed – and get health advice, a review of symptoms, and prescriptions sent to their pharmacy if necessary. This service is for non-emergency* health concerns from 6 p.m. – 8 a.m. on weekdays, or anytime on weekends.

For OnDemand telehealth visits, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

*In an emergency, do not use this service: call 911 or visit the nearest hospital.

Our primary care groups include Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) with more than 30 health care locations.

All JHCP medical practices provide the full range of primary care services, including internal medicine and/or family practice. Some of the larger centers offer OB/GYN, pediatrics, ophthalmology and optometry services plus on-site labs and radiology services.

All locations are staffed by Johns Hopkins-credentialed or employed providers, including board-certified/board-eligible physicians, certified nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and other health care professionals.
