USFHP Unable to Process Premium Payments

On Feb. 21, Change Healthcare, an organization that facilitates transactional services between health care providers and health plans including processing our enrollment premium transactions, experienced a cyberattack impacting operations nationwide. As a result, US Family Health Plan is unable to process premium payments until the issue is addressed and the functionality is fully restored. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have an estimated timeline for this resolution; however, we are diligently working to identify an alternative solution for our impacted members. Here is what members need to know:

  • We will not disenroll members due to outstanding premium balances as a result of this issue, and members’ coverage will not be impacted.
  • Once resolved, members will need to pay any missed and current premiums. We will let members know when the service is restored.
  • If members would like to be informed of any updates, they can send an email to USFHPMemberSupport@jhhp.org. We will communicate updates through email.
